Peppers are a highly nutritious snack that won't add a lot of additional calories to your day. Hummus is also filled with great things (and comes in various flavors/types depending upon what you like, such as red pepper, garlic, onion, etc.) Allowing to provide your body with vitamins and nutrients it needs while having a fun snack.


Peanut Butter & Apple Slices

Apples are a sweet snack that can satisfy a sweet tooth without being unhealthy like a desert. Pair this with peanut butter (we prefer the honey kind) and you've got a great snack that has various nutrients and minerals your body needs to thrive.


Chia Seed Pudding

Most people probably don't think of seeds when they think of a desert but hear us out! Chia seeds are pretty much flavorless (yet packed with good things) and turn into a jello/pudding like consistency when liquid is added. We recommend using some oat milk, almond milk or even soy milk along with some of your favorite fruit to create an amazing desert that is great for you too.

For a long time the only jerky you could find was often beef jerky filled with nasty additives. Luckily these days you can find a wide variety (chicken, pork, turkey, or even meatless) that have healthy ingredients that can nourish your body. We recommend avoiding any jerky that has a high sodium or sugar content along with any that use MSG.


Roasted Chickpeas

Roasted chickpeas are an easy snack that you can prepare beforehand and season however you like. Garlic, salt and pepper make a great flavor, as does coconut aminos, sesame oil and a bit of ginger. You can really go wild with the flavorings to get exactly what you like and even switch it up when you get bored.
